From the very first time I stepped into ASE I was instantly greeted with a warm welcome, easing you into a breathtaking showroom for bathroom products. I had a quick look-see, but as I am involved with kitchens their kitchen showroom to the rear of the premises was my target; step-in Will Bolt. Incredibly personable and immeasurably professional, something lacking in the big ‘sheds’ like Wren or B&Q. His knowledge is second to none and I am ALWAYS made to feel welcome.

Overall, I have to give the guys 5 stars as it’s one of those times where it’s truly deserved!

Exceptional service from the team at ASE in supplying the furniture for our new bathroom and cloakroom. In particular, Daniel, who provided excellent practical advice and guidance in a professional and friendly manner, together with patience and understanding whenever we had additional questions. Delighted with the final outcome and the quality of the fixtures and fittings supplied. Highly recommended.

We had been recommended to ASE by a firm in Leominster and it proved to be an absolute winner. We thought that we knew what we wanted for our ensuite bathroom renovation but we got better than we thought. We spent nearly four hours with Daniel going through the various options for our basin / vanity unit, toilet, shower tray / cubicle / shower fitting, heated towel rail and all the other various elements that make up a bathroom. We did not feel in the slightest bit rushed in the process and at the end of it, felt that we had received superb service and got exactly what we wanted. However later we realised that our shower tray was too big for the ensuite and we needed to change it. Was this an issue? Not at all. The same level of service and patience was given and there was no drama amending the order.
We would have no hesitation in recommending ASE for the quality of their products and the service level given.

The staff on the ASE trade counter are very knowledgable. Gary and Steven are always polite and helpful whether on the phone or in store. For a local independent store they have a large amount of stock and are always able to get stock fast if the item needs to be ordered in. Very competitive pricing often beats online prices and the larger nationwide stores.

Every last screw catered for and for a really good honest competitive price.

And whilst your there u also.need to.try the cafe which is also as good ??

This place has the largest bathroom / kitchen showroom display I've EVER come across and it's here in Ludlow!
